This is our best seller. Wild NH mushrooms sautéed in whole butter with shallot, garlic and thyme then deglazed with Marsala wine and simmered in a reduction of cream and mushroom stock. Finally blended with Umbrian black truffle shavings, fresh ricotta & Grana Padano cheeses and wrapped in a porcini pasta dough.
