Sidehill Farm's Schoolhouse Cheddars are made from the very same organic, grass-fed milk used to make their yogurt. They send the milk up to the master cheesemakers at Grafton Village Cheese in Grafton Vermont, where they craft that lovely milk into delicious cheddar cheese. The cheese is then aged in their caves until it reaches perfection.
