Mi Tierra Tortillas are the first authentic tortilla bakery in New England that creates tortillas from 100% Organic NON-GMO local New England corn, ground limestone, and water. The corn is produced using ancient nixtamal methods to form a maiz masa, or corn dough which is shaped into tortillas & baked.
All of their tortillas are made with 3 simple ingredients: Corn, Water & Crushed Limestone. All of the corn is grown in the Pioneer Valley year round, the organic tortillas are made with 100% certified organic corn.
